Hi, I’m Dr. Amit Lala Khomane — Chief Intensivist, Physician, and Diabetologist practicing at a corporate hospital Mumbai & !!Founder of The Clinic. (MBBS, DNB Medicine, FCPS Medicine, MRCP UK (London), MNAMS (New Delhi), High Fidelity Simulation Expert Mayo Clinic USA).
I’ve spent years inside ICUs, leading resuscitations, building Code Blue systems, and watching how every second can decide a life. But one question always pushed me — why should people learn survival skills only when they’re in danger?
That thought gave birth to my mission: to bring medical literacy to every home.
From simplifying complex ICU knowledge to busting everyday health myths, I began teaching medicine in an entertaining, gamified way through my social channels Instagram & Youtube— Med with Dr. Amit.
Parallel to medicine, I’ve also been on a personal fitness transformation journey — showing up daily, no excuses, no shortcuts. This led to the creation of the No-Excuse 50 Challenge, a movement that inspires people to build consistency in fitness, just like discipline in health.
For me, fitness and medicine are two sides of the same coin — one prevents disease, the other powers the will to live stronger.
